Speeders pulled over
“We were very keen on pulling people over and handing them tickets since that proved more effective as a deterrent because it gets the drivers’ attention right away,”
Police pulled over 1,257 drivers on highways last month in a bid to crack down on speeding.
The trouble is, how many blacked out 4x4's were pulled over?
My guess? out of 1,257.......ZERO, NIL, ZILCH....

Ooooh you cynic you. Actually I don't think it would have even been as many as that!
Have you picked up any news on the American who was arrested after Dallas? I don't suppose he'll get to walk.
Hic
his case is due to be "heard" next week . . . it has been deferred twice now already.....i will post hear as soon as news reaches me.
I drive a 'blacked out' car. I don't see the relevance to that and wreckless/speed driving.

lol lol lol
that's the best one I have heard for ages, lol (again) nice one TF.
My new campaign - ban the blacked out cars! modesty my arse, please what do you take us for!
Yeah, you’re right. Window tint does make your foot rest on the accelerator with more weight and it causes you to forget what those damn signals are for. In addition, window tint forces you to weave in and out of traffic without regard for other people on the road.
Window tint is the root of all evil on the roads & the cause of all Dubai's traffic congestion & deadly accidents. I agree, let’s ban it all together.
would be safer........
there are a lot of maniacs who drive WITHOUT the tint. do not generalize!
yes that is true but if you read the original comment you may understand this conversation and the remarks made.
People - blacked out cars are not safe - if it was only your lives at risk I would not give a fuck.
