A man who went into a prostitute'’s apartment to "‘rest his feet"’ was sentenced to one month in jail followed by deportation for having sex with the woman. She got a year in jail for robbing him.
I just can not believe the Judge did not buy the "They went to her apartment for a rest, where he said he was shocked when she took off her clothes and asked for sex." line......seems reasonable to me.

SHE asked for sex.............?? Of course it wouldn't have been him, because he only went to her place to 'rest'!
